The IDEAL 7260 is the high-performance professional stack cutter for demanding cutting processes in print finishing. With an impressive cutting length of 720 mm and a cutting height of 80 mm, it is ideal for large-format printed products in DIN A2 and larger sizes. The patented EASY-CUT system enables safe, ergonomic two-handed cutting. The electromechanical blade drive is complemented by a powerful hydraulic press, the pressure of which can be continuously adjusted between 250 and 2000 daN – with a visual indicator. A foot pedal assists with pre-pressing or serves as a cutting point indicator. A safety light curtain reliably protects the entire work area.
The electrically controlled backgauge is operated via a 7" touchpad with multilingual user guidance and digital measurement display. Up to 99 programs with 99 steps each can be stored, including chain measurement function, direct input, EJECT command, and automatic set function for reference dimensions. Fine adjustment is made via an electronic handwheel with progressive control in 1/10 mm increments.
Precise cutting positioning is ensured by an optical LED cutting indicator and three-stage LED lighting on the front table. Blade changes are tool-free and safe thanks to the integrated blade changing device with a covered cutting edge. The standard air-assisted table on the front and back significantly facilitates the handling of heavy stacks of paper. A practical tool holder on the rear table and optional additional worktables complete the package.
