4. Can I also rent or lease equipment?

Yes – especially with professional printing and copying systems, you can choose between buying, renting, or leasing . Feel free to contact us for a customized offer.

Shipping & Delivery

6. How quickly will my order be delivered?

Items marked "immediately available" are usually shipped within 1-3 business days . Delivery times may vary slightly for larger items, as they are shipped via freight carrier.

7. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver within Germany and to many EU countries. Shipping abroad may incur additional costs or customs duties.

8. What does "delivery to the curb" mean?

This means that delivery will be made to the curb or front door. Delivery including assembly or installation can be arranged upon request – please contact us in advance.

9. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes – you can specify a different delivery address (e.g., office, school or branch) at checkout.

10. How does the disposal of old appliances work?

We offer a take-back and disposal service for old equipment upon request – especially for leasing or larger installations.

You receive the statutory warranty of 24 months. In addition, manufacturer warranties apply, which vary depending on the brand.

16. Do you offer technical support or setup assistance?

Yes – our service team can help with installation, network connection, or software setup. An on-site technician can also be booked as an option.

Of course! In the shop you will find all consumables and spare parts suitable for your device.

18. What does “Greenline” mean in relation to your products?

Greenline devices are used, professionally refurbished printing systems that are tested, cleaned and sold with a warranty – environmentally friendly and affordable.

19. Are the interactive whiteboards ready for immediate use?

Yes – they are plug-and-play. All you need is a power supply and, if necessary, a network connection. We can assist you with installation and setup upon request.

20. Can I request individual quotes for larger orders?

Yes – for large orders or projects (e.g. schools, offices, authorities) we are happy to create a customized offer .
