IDEAL 6660 Electric Stack Cutter with EASY-CUT

The IDEAL 6660 is a high-performance, electrically operated stack cutter for professional applications. With a cutting length of 650 mm and a cutting height of 80 mm, it meets the highest demands for safety, precision, and ease of use. Designed for use in digital printing, in-house print shops, or post-press operations, this model offers an intelligent combination of automated control and robust engineering – “Made in Germany”.
The central operating component is the patented EASY-CUT system, which enables safe and ergonomic two-stage release for the blade and press bar. An electronic handwheel, adjustable progressively in 1/10 mm increments, is available for fine-tuning the backgauge. The cutting line can be precisely determined using the optical LED cutting indicator.
A key safety feature is the IR safety light curtain on the front table. It enables uninterrupted cutting while providing maximum operator protection. The SCS – Safety Cutting System also includes a rear table cover, a 24-volt control system, a safety drive, a blade stop function, automatic return, and a tool-free blade changer with a covered cutting edge.
The backgauge is operated via a multilingual touchpad with digital measurement display (cm/inch). 99 programs with up to 99 program steps, a chain measurement function, fixed dimension memory, an integrated calculator, and automatic reference dimension setting ensure maximum efficiency for serial production. The eject function can also be fully integrated into the cutting process.
With its stable all-metal construction, solid steel knife holder, hardened guides and ergonomic table height, the IDEAL 6660 is designed for a long service life and intensive use.
Equipped as standard with a base, paper tray, tool holder and stacking bracket, it offers a completely professional cutting system.
