IDEAL 5560 Hydraulic Stack Cutter

The IDEAL 5560 is a professional, hydraulic paper cutter designed to meet the highest demands for cutting precision, ease of use, and safety. With an impressive cutting length of 550 mm and a cutting height of up to 95 mm, the machine is suitable for large paper formats and high cutting volumes.
The IDEAL 5560 impresses with its robust construction, intelligent control and consistent user-friendliness and ease of maintenance – manufactured in Germany.
Operation is via the patented EASY-CUT two-stage controls, complemented by a large 7" touchpad with digital measurement display. The electrically operated backgauge can be finely adjusted in 1/10 mm increments via program control or manually using the electronic handwheel. 99 programs with 99 steps each, chain measurement functions, an EJECT option, and stored DIN formats offer maximum flexibility and efficiency.
The hydraulic drive for the blades and press bar enables precise, powerful cuts – supported by the infinitely variable pressing pressure with an easy-to-read pressure gauge. An optical LED cutting indicator and three-stage work light facilitate precise alignment and cutting. A foot pedal assists with pre-pressing or serves as a cutting point indicator. Additional safety is ensured by the SCS – Safety Cutting System with IR safety light curtain, rear table cover, safety drive, blade return, 24-volt control, and safe blade replacement without opening the housing.
The construction made of die-cast aluminum and cast steel, an HSS blade with a double-sided guided, adjustable carrier and the durable mechanics make the IDEAL 5560 a permanently reliable cutting system – sustainably produced and designed for long-term use.
