IDEAL 5260 Electric Stack Cutter with EASY-CUT

The IDEAL 5260 is a fully equipped, high-performance stack cutter for professional cutting processes in offices, in-house print shops, or finishing departments. With a cutting length of 520 mm and a cutting height of 80 mm, the device is ideally suited for DIN A3+ formats and high cutting volumes. The focus is on user-friendliness, safety, and precise reproducibility – all in a professional stack cutter "Made in Germany".
The patented EASY-CUT system, with its two pressure points, ensures safe and ergonomic operation. Automatic clamping reliably secures the paper, while the electromechanical blade and press bar retract automatically after each cut. An integrated IR light barrier on the front table not only enhances safety but also enables uninterrupted operation.
The machine is controlled via a multilingual touchpad. The backgauge can be precisely controlled via a digital display (in cm or inches). 99 programs, each with 99 steps – including chain dimensions and an eject function – can be saved. An automatic reference set function, pre-programmed DIN formats, and an integrated calculator support an efficient workflow. The backgauge can be manually fine-tuned in 1/10 mm increments using the electronic handwheel.
Maximum precision is ensured by the optical cutting indicator with LEDs and the three-stage front table lighting. Blade changes are convenient and safe thanks to a device with a covered cutting edge – without opening the housing. The robust all-metal construction, the solid steel blade holder, and adjustable guides guarantee durability, sustainability, and excellent repairability.
